Jane ChevousJane Chevous MSET

Founding Director of Reshapers and Head of Learning, Jane has 40 years experience in education and social care, in both the public and voluntary sector. Qualified as a youth worker, social worker and teacher, she has worked with all ages from pre-school to undergraduates, teenagers to adult learners, in both community and formal education. She is particularly interested in youth work, spiritual development and safeguarding and has published a book on understanding and responding to abuse and trauma,  Her passion is creating empowering learning journeys and changing the world. She loves her family, music, sailing, spirituality and justice.

Maxine Green

Director. Maxine is an experienced manager and educator with a special  interest in innovative community projects. Her career in youth work spans both local authority and voluntary sectors and she is just completing a term as Principal of  YMCA George Williams College. She is interested in qualitative research especially ethnography, and spiritual development.. Her work as a consultant supports growth and change in third sector organisations. She has a number of publications in youth work and spiritual development.

Eur Ing Chris Green B.Sc(Eng) C.Eng. MBCS FIAP

Company Secretary. Chris is our website host and general IT expert. Married to Maxine, he also helps the team to organise our administration through our own Reshapers company wiki.


Marian Carter

Active in Tree of Life, our spiritual development work, and Chaplain to Survivor Voices Marian is retired though she continues to lead an active life as a non-stipendiary priest in Suffolk.. She has many years working in education, hospital and hospice chaplaincy in both public and voluntary sector. She has worked with toddlers groups through to training readers and priests, creating learning material and publishing some of her work, including two books on death and supporting thedying and bereaved. She loves being with people, working in teams, singing, walking, theatre trips, spirituality and working towards human justice.

Dr. Lynn Brady

Learning consultant. Lynn is a highly experienced tutor with many years in education, social care and the community and public sectors. She is our lead associate tutor/assessor and co-designed some of our pilot courses.

Concetta Perot

Research and learning consultant and head of Survivors Voices, Concetta is a qualified social worker with over 20 years experience of working with children in care and prisons and running peer-led self-help groups with adult survivors of childhood trauma. She is experienced in peer support, group work, advocacy, training and organisational development. Mother of two and a professional mosaic artist, she has facilitated many community arts projects and seen the positive power of creative expression on mental health. Concetta is passionate about developing research evidence and practices for survivor-led, community-based and creative approaches to trauma recovery.

 Julia Wilkinson

Director. Julia is a dynamic and creative educator with senior management experience in the public and community sectors.
